The much-reviewed and years-in-the-making New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act (S-21/A-21) passed the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday, setting up a final vote on the massive bill on Thursday.
In addition, four new judges were each unanimously approved by the committee on Monday.
