These platforms allowed young attorneys to take the lead as less technologically savvy partners struggled to get used to the new normal of client interaction and courtroom appearances. It also forced firms, as well as courts, to utilize a form of communication that they may have been hesitant to rely on. However, the universality of these platforms is something that will transcend 2020 due in no small part to its ease of use and other benefits.
