For litigators, 2021 promises to be like 2020, but with differences. The emergence of COVID-19 vaccines point to an eventual end to the pandemic, albeit one that will require patience. But courts also will continue to struggle with tremendous case backlogs and the limitations of social distancing.
We asked New Jersey lawyers about litigation trends they expect in the first half of 2021, and they had a lot to say.
