Planting a flag in bankruptcy hotbed Texas, Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones will open an office in Houston with three lawyers from Cole Schotz in Texas led by restructuring lawyer Michael Warner.
Warner, a member at Cole Schotz in Fort Worth, said Tuesday his team is winding up matters at Cole Schotz, and would move to Pachulski Stang by week’s end. The group also includes Fort Worth associate Benjamin Wallen and Dallas special counsel Ayala A. Hassell.
