The New Jersey Supreme Court is undertaking a swift review of the controversy over the state judiciary’s virtual grand jury program.
In an order signed Wednesday by Chief Justice Stuart Rabner, the court granted direct certification of the criminal case against Omar Vega-Larregui, who stands accused of dealing drugs.
