A woman who was injured when a pickup truck owned by an electrical contractor rear-ended her has settled the resulting Middlesex County lawsuit, Jimenez de Mendez v. Dewitt, for $400,000, according to her lawyer
On Jan. 24, 2017, Maria Jimenez de Mendez, 37, was driving on Easton Avenue in Franklin Township when she was rear-ended by a commercial pickup truck owned by defendant Ever Ready Electric Inc., according to Paul M. Brandenburg of Rebenack, Aronow & Mascolo in Somerville, who represented Jimenez de Mendez.
