A pedestrian struck in Jersey City, which she claimed caused injuries to her knee and spine, was paid a $497,500 settlement in her Hudson County suit, Davis v. Delaurentis, on Jan. 22.

On Oct. 16, 2017, plaintiff Lynn Davis was crossing the street at the intersection of Newark Avenue and Monmouth Street when defendant Kim Delaurentis turned left onto  Newark Avenue to Monmouth Street and struck Davis, according to Davis’ lawyer, Richard Villanova of Blume Forte Fried Zerres & Molinari in Chatham.
