A judge in Essex County, New Jersey, has denied a motion by New Jersey's Office of the Attorney General for partial dismissal of racial discrimination claims brought by three Black deputy attorneys general.
The judge has also ordered the state to turn over to the court documents detailing treatment of minorities in the office, which the state had repeatedly refused to produce.
