Archer & Greiner partner Stephanie J. Zane was named chair of the firm’s family law group in Haddonfield. She has 20 years of experience focusing on complex matrimonial litigation and representing clients in divorce, custody, child support and domestic violence litigation. She succeeds partner William J. Thompson. Zane said in a statement: “I am excited to be named as the first female department chair. Having been with Archer for almost 20 years, I have had the privilege of learning from and practicing with some of the best lawyers in the area. From this background, I look forward to continuing the long-standing reputation of excellence for which the department is known while zealously representing our clients.” Firm president Christopher Gibson said in a statement that Zane is “an exceptional lawyer, who is known for her insight, excellent judgment and approachability” who brings ”thoughtful and creative leadership.” Zane is president of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court, where she has been a master member and an executive committee member for more than 10 years. She is a trustee of the American Inns of Court, and was the first New Jerseyan to have served as national treasurer and chair of the organization’s program awards committee. She is a member of the Camden County, Gloucester County, Burlington County and New Jersey State bar associations. Zane earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Camden and her B.S. from St. Joseph’s University. She clerked for Superior Court Judge Angelo DiCamillo.

Dentons promoted Short Hills-based litigation attorney Kelly Lloyd Lankford to counsel. John Cleary, Short Hills office managing partner, said in a statement that Lankford “reflects the best of our team in Short Hills, constantly proving to be leaders within Dentons and the growing New York/New Jersey community.” Lankford handles complex commercial disputes, including insurer-side coverage litigations and arbitrations. Her insurance coverage practice includes representing insurers in reinsurance arbitrations, complex insurance coverage litigation and corporate litigation matters, and defending brokers in professional liability actions. In complex commercial litigation, she handles consumer fraud actions, securities litigation and breach-of-contract actions. In addition to her practice, she is strongly committed to pro bono work and volunteers as a Trustee for Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, the firm noted.

Armstrong Joins Flaster as Partner

Armstrong joined Flaster Greenberg as a partner in the litigation, insurance coverage and cybersecurity practice groups in Cherry Hill. He serves policyholder clients in insurance recovery and commercial litigation. He previously was a partner at Anderson Kill for seven years. He handles disputes involving a variety of coverage areas and also focuses on insurance recovery for cyberattacks. He holds a certificate from HarvardX for “Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age.” Flaster co-managing partner  Jordan A. LaVine said in a statement thath Armstrong’s hire demonstrates “continued development of our insurance recovery practice, which has seen significant growth in the past year. Arthur brings a substantial existing practice and our clients will find Arthur to be a tremendous asset.” Armstrong said in a statement: ”Flaster Greenberg’s excellent reputation as a full-service corporate law firm, with a fantastic policyholder-side insurance coverage group, make it the ideal platform for me to continue to provide superior service to my clients.” Prior to working at Anderson Kill, Armstrong was an associate at Duane Morris. Armstrong earned his J.D. from Temple University Law School, where he was the recipient of the Albert H. Friedman Prize for excellence in legal research and writing. He earned his undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s University. Armstrong’s arrival follows a series of hires in the insurance practice area going back to mid-2020, the release noted.
