The NAACP-New Jersey chapter is threatening to file a lawsuit against Gov. Phil Murphy in either the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey or Mercer County Superior Court as early as March 15 for allegedly violating a provision of the just-signed Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act, over the makeup of the Cannabis Regulatory Commission.
