Meyner and Landis in Newark announced that Lin Walker was made a partner in the firm's immigration law group. She handles employment-based and family-based immigration law, representing diverse corporate and individual clients such as outstanding researchers and individuals in the arts, sciences and business. Prior to joining Meyner and Landis, Walker was associated with several boutique immigration law firms in New York City, where she handled Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher/Professor and Multinational Manager, and National Interest Waiver petitions, as well as adjustment of status applications, naturalization applications, and PERM Labor Certifications. Walker received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law; an M.S.E.D. (in earth science) from Lehman College, City University of New York; an M.A. (in criminal justice) from Rutgers University; and a B.S. (in natural science and sociology) from New Jersey Saint Peter's University.
