Following his March 31 death, James Troiano, a longtime Superior Court judge, is being remembered for his passion for the law and for pushing to rehabilitate young offenders.
Troiano, who spent more than 26 years as a Superior Court judge, died at Ocean Medical Center in Brick. He was 71.
