Jaan M. Haus is a partner in the environmental group handling litigation, regulatory compliance and transactional matters, including contaminated site remediation, and complex business and real estate matters. Peter M. Perkowski Jr. is a partner in Riker Danzig’s insurance and litigation groups, focusing on coverage and insurance defense matters, representing insurers and insureds in various disputes, particularly legal malpractice and personal injury claims. He regularly advises clients on coverage and indemnity issues.
