New Jersey-based law firm Bressler, Amery & Ross elected a new managing partner: well-known litigator Diana Manning. She is the first woman to hold that post at the firm, and takes over amid a pandemic and as the firm makes a change to its management structure.

Manning, long a member of practice and firm leadership, was elected by the equity partners Monday night at the annual meeting of the 154-lawyer firm. Her three-year term began immediately.
