Lindabury Welcomes Margaret Spaziani as Partner

Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper announced that Margaret A. Spaziani, previously of Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla in Red Bank, has joined its wills, trusts and estates group as a partner. She works in Lindabury's Red Bank office and handles estate tax planning and administration, federal estate and gift taxation, business succession planning and elder law. Spaziani "has an unwavering dedication to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of estate planning," said Lindabury president  David Pierce in a statement. "She offers both empathy and a laser-sharp legal mind to ensure the best outcomes for clients." Spaziani said in a statement that the firm "has a renowned reputation for providing the highest level of legal services for generations of clients. Working with astute attorneys in the firm will further enhance my ability to offer the best legal solutions." She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Florida. Among other honors, she is an appointed member of the District IX Ethics Committee and is a member of the Women in Profession Section of the Monmouth County Bar Association. Spaziani clerked for New Jersey Tax Court Judge Joseph M. Andresini. She holds an LL.M. in taxation from Villanova University School of Law, as well as a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, and B.S. and B.A. degrees from Villanova University.
