A federal judge in Trenton has partially dismissed a suit claiming the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office was liable for a Neptune police officer’s murder of his ex-wife.
The decision allows the suit to proceed to discovery against the prosecutor’s office, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni and three staff members—Gregory Schweers, Jacquelynn Seely and Richard Incremona—albeit on narrower grounds.
