Brach Eichler Promotes Four to Counsel

Brach Eichler in Roseland announced that four associates were promoted to counsel as of March 4:
Michael H. Ansell,
Colleen Buontempo,
Edward Hilzenrath and
David J Ritter Jr., in the litigation; health-care law; corporate transactions and financial services; and trusts and estates practices, respectively. Managing partner
John D. Fanburg said in a statement that the promotions “are well deserved and a testament to their knowledge, experience, and commitment to the highest level of client service. I look forward to each person’s future contributions to the firm.”

He has experience litigating employment-related disputes, personal injury claims, commercial lease disputes, class actions, Consumer Fraud Act claims, corporate/shareholder disputes, intellectual property litigation, estate disputes, legal malpractice claims, and secured property actions. He earned a B.A. from Tufts University and his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. He is admitted in New Jersey and New York.
