Change is a constant part of life. You don’t have to be Bob Dylan to know that. (Speaking of change, remember him?) Sometimes, change comes suddenly. But revolutions are not the way change usually comes about. Change is usually gradual, incremental and almost imperceptible. It sneaks up on you when you’re not looking. Suddenly life is profoundly different. Talk to someone who has grey hair or lost a couple of yards on their drive.
