New Jersey’s Office of Attorney Ethics has said it will not bring disciplinary charges against a Temple University law professor who is facing a $156,000 judgment for engaging in the unauthorized practice of law.

The OAE conducted an investigation and found no clear and convincing evidence of unethical conduct by Frank McClellan sufficient to warrant a hearing, director Charles Centinaro said to McClellan’s attorneys in a Feb. 26 letter.
