Steven J. Luckner and Jennifer A. Rygiel-Boyd of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart are defending Watco Companies and Watco Transloading LLC in a pending lawsuit for alleged violation of New Jersey's Jake Honig Compassionate Use Medical Cannabis Act.
