Andrew M. Schwartz of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has entered an appearance for Professional Claims Bureau Inc. in a pending class action for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The suit, which alleges that defendant violated debt collection laws by communicating with a third-party vendor, was filed April 26 in New Jersey District Court by Barshay, Rizzo & Lopez.
