Gibbons and Williams & Connolly filed a trade secrets lawsuit on behalf of Stryker, a medical technology company developing implants and surgical equipment, and other plaintiffs Monday in New Jersey District Court. The complaint accuses former Stryker executive Benny Hagag and his current employer MicroPort Orthopedics of developing competing orthopedic robotics with proprietary information Hagag has failed to return to Stryker. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-12499, Stryker Corporation et al v. Hagag et al.
