The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced Tuesday that New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal has been appointed director of its Division of Enforcement.
Grewal takes over the post effective July 26 and replaces Melissa Hodgman, who served as the enforcement division's acting director.
