Lawrence S. Lustberg and Kate E. Janukowicz of Gibbons have entered appearances for Celgene Corp. and some former officers in a pending securities lawsuit. The action was filed April 16 in New Jersey District Court by Lite DePalma Greenberg & Afanador on behalf of California Public Employees Retirement System, which alleges that Celgene allegedly misrepresented two drugs in its inflammation and immunology franchise.
