Mylan Pharmaceuticals sued rival drugmaker Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Tuesday in New Jersey District Court over an alleged antitrust conspiracy to stifle competition for the multiple sclerosis treatment Copaxone. The 89-page suit, filed by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Saiber LLC, accuses Teva of engaging in a pattern of conduct aimed at impeding generic competition. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-13087, Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. v. Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd. et al.
