Attorneys at Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete on Friday removed an employment lawsuit against JetBlue Airways to New Jersey District Court. The complaint was filed by Webber McGill on behalf of a former flight crew member who contends that she was unlawfully terminated after a kidney condition prevented her from taking a substance abuse urine test. The case is 2:21-cv-13313, Burgos v. Jetblue Airways Corporation et al.
