Plaintiff's lawyer Frederic Goetz said there were ample signs that his client wasn't considering suicide. At the front desk, nearby employees and guests who heard Robbins' comments about jumping from a window were laughing, and when the guards came to his room, he had unpacked his belongings and was relaxing and watching television, Goetz said.
