Wigdor filed an employment discrimination class action against Pro Custom Solar d/b/a Momentum Solar Thursday in New Jersey District Court. The complaint contends that Momentum fosters a widespread and pervasive environment of hostility toward Black employees at its New Jersey field installation departments, including racial epithets, pay disparities and the practice of teaming up employees by race. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-14032, Lafayette et al v. Pro Custom Solar LLC.
