Lawyers at Reid & Associates on Friday removed an insurance lawsuit against Travelers and other insurers to New Jersey District Court. The suit was filed by Lipsius-Benhaim LLP on behalf of Berkzup Ridgefield LLC and Specialty RX. The case is 2:21-cv-14071, Berkzup Ridgefield, LLC et al v. American Bankers Insurance Company Of Florida et al.
