McGowan Joins Greenbaum Rowe as Partner

Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis brought on Sean R. McGowan as a partner in the redevelopment and land use and real estate departments in Roseland. McGowan handles development, redevelopment, land use and zoning, real property transactions, project financing, issues related to property management, landlord-tenant matters, and day-to-day business counseling. He previously was in-house for a commercial developer, overseeing the development of multi-family residential, retail and warehouse projects. McGowan said in a statement: "I've been working with the attorneys at Greenbaum for many years, and their work and character have always matched the firm's excellent reputation in the market.
