Counsel at Zarwin, Baum, DeVito, Kaplan, Schaer & Toddy on Tuesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Kohl's to New Jersey District Court. The suit was filed by the Law Offices of John T. Bazzurro on behalf of Ida Dignan. The case is 3:21-cv-14564, Dignan v. Kohl's Inc.
