Lawyers at Littler Mendelson on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Amazon Logistics to New Jersey District Court. The suit, over alleged disability-based employment discrimination, was filed by Costello & Mains on behalf of Maria Iris Jennitte Olivero. The case is 1:21-cv-14620, Olivero v. Amazon Logistics, Inc. et al.
