Attorneys at Rawle & Henderson on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against J.B. Hunt Transport Services and Daniel P Scholl to New Jersey District Court. The complaint, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Laffey, Bucci & Kent on behalf of Caitlin DiBruno and Christopher Lunny. The case is 1:21-cv-15037, Lunny et al v. Scholl et al.
