DraftKings, the daily fantasy sports and sports betting site, was slapped with a patent lawsuit Thursday in New Jersey District Court. The lawsuit was brought by Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet on behalf of Arrow Gaming. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-15737, AG 18, LLC v. DraftKings Inc.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
