Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Days Inns Worldwide Inc. sued Bukhari Khan, Ismat Khan and other defendants Tuesday in New Jersey District Court over a franchise dispute. The court case was filed by DLA Piper. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-15995, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Inc. et al v. Lincoln Hospitality Group LLC et al.
