Counsel at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin on Wednesday removed a civil rights lawsuit against Hamilton YMCA, New Jersey YMCA State Alliance Inc. and YMCA Board Members to New Jersey District Court. The suit, filed by the Scotch & Palm Private Client Law Group on behalf of an anonymous family, accuses the defendants of racially discriminating against an African-Caribbean and American family by accusing them of theft and expelling the family from the premises. The case is 1:21-cv-16647, Doe et al. v. Hamilton YMCA et al.
