A New Jersey artificial intelligence company is accused in a whistleblower suit of overstating its revenues, its capabilities and the size of its product line.

ElectrifAi of Jersey City allegedly made the misrepresentations to customers and investors, and it retaliated against employees who were unwilling to lie on behalf of the company, according to a former vice president’s suit.
