Four years ago, Katherine Rauch-Sasseen of Long Branch suffered the first of two motor vehicle accidents in Monmouth County that left her with traumatic brain injury. The accidents—the first one in Eatontown and the second in Long Branch—were one year and two days apart, and recently settled for a combined $1.14 million in Rauch-Sasseen v. Haque.

Rauch-Sasseen, now 36, was represented in both cases by William E. Wells Jr. of King, Kitrick, Jackson, McWeeney & Wells in Manasquan.
