A New Jersey Supreme Court order disciplining a former Phillipsburg attorney has raised questions about her dealings with a company that referred hundreds of tax appeal cases to her.

Angela Jupin was disbarred Sept. 27 after the court found she knowingly misappropriated client funds, and that her doing business with Mid-Atlantic Appraisal created a conflict of interest.
