The New Jersey State Bar Association faces litigation from a lawyer who claims the group’s method for fostering diversity on its board of trustees is discriminatory.

Rajeh Saadeh, who heads up a six-lawyer firm in Bridgewater, New Jersey, accuses the association of discrimination based on its policy of reserving some trustee seats for members of certain underrepresented groups, because he is not a member of any of those groups.
