Quest Diagnostics Assistant General Counsel Hired as Chief Legal Officer of Myriad Genetics

The genetics-testing firm Myriad Genetics has turned to New Jersey-based Quest Diagnostics, among the world's largest lab-testing companies, for its chief legal officer.
Myriad announced Monday that Pamela Wong would hold its top legal role. Wong had spent 14 years at Quest, headquartered in Secaucus. She most recently served as assistant general counsel.
At Salt Lake City-based Myriad, she will support and counsel for all legal affairs, litigation, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, patent protection, regulatory and quality assurance, compliance and government affairs, according to a news release from the company.
