Lawyers at McCarter & English on Tuesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Toll Bros. Inc. to New Jersey District Court. The suit, filed by Holston, MacDonald, Uzdavinis & Myles on behalf of Enterprise Network Resolutions Contracting, accuses the defendant of failing to pay invoices totaling more than $92,000. The case is 1:21-cv-19327, Enterprise Network Resolutions Contracting LLC v. Toll Bros. Inc.
