Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani filed a trade secret lawsuit Tuesday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of Wurth USA, a supplier of automotive parts. The complaint targets five former employees for allegedly misappropriating confidential information and breaching their non-compete agreements. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-19877, Wurth USA Inc. v. Thompson et al.
