Edward Kole, chairman of the business and commercial litigation team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer in Woodbridge, New Jersey, has practiced at the firm for 33 years. He handles complex commercial litigation such as securities suits, legal malpractice defense, restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, real estate and land use suits and class actions.
