Braff, Harris, Sukoneck & Maloof is accused in a suit of destroying files and shifting assets in response to a pair of hostile work environment suits filed by ex-employees.

Former office clerk Dwayne Andrews said the Livingston firm advised some staff members that the firm will shut down Dec. 15. The firm disputes any assertion that it is closing.
