A federal judge in New Jersey ruled that two wage-and-hour suits filed on behalf of Uber drivers are subject to arbitration.

The plaintiffs claimed they were not subject to arbitration, based on an exemption to the Federal Arbitration Act for workers engaged in transportation across state lines. But Chief U.S. District Judge Freda Wolfson found that provision does not apply.
