The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has upheld a lower court’s dismissal of an antitrust lawsuit against real estate valuation website Zillow, but vacated the district court’s decision to do so with prejudice.

In March 2019, a federal judge in Newark tossed a property owner’s lawsuit claiming that Zillow violated antitrust law by making deals with some companies to hide its property value estimates.
