New Jersey-based boutique firm Kaufman, Semeraro & Leibman is in the process of winding down operations now that nine of its 14 lawyers, including two name partners, relocated to DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin at the beginning of the month.

Others from Kaufman Semeraro that weren’t part of the DeCotiis FitzPatrick acquisition have relocated to Goldberg Segalla, Post Polak and Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi, among other firms.
