Schenck, Price, Smith & King filed a lawsuit on behalf of the Newark Board of Education Tuesday in New Jersey District Court pertaining to special education accommodations for a 12-year-old student with disabilities. The complaint challenges the child's parent's allegations that the board has failed to include the parent in the process of choosing an appropriate study program for the child.
