Employment LawMatthew T. Clark of FordHarrison has entered an appearance for Walmart in a pending lawsuit over alleged gender-based discrimination. The suit was filed Oct. 29 in New Jersey District Court by Fritz, Grosswald & Walters on behalf of Nicole Brand. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Kevin McNulty, is 2:21-cv-19427, Brand v. Walmart Inc.
